U.S. Army/UYA High School Assemblies

LONG BEACH, Calif. -- The festivities of the Urban Invitational have begun. The United States Army made their first stop at Long Beach Jordan putting on an AMAZING show. They are scheduled to perform tomorrow, Thursday, Feb. 24th at Dominguez High School and Friday, Feb. 25th at Compton High School.
The All-American Chorus is a nonprofit musical group composed of Division Troopers representing every unit within the Division. An informal organization, the All-American Chorus was formed in November 1967 to sing at Sunday services in the Division Chapel. At that time the chorus consisted of about 15 members. Don’t miss out on the events scheduled for the rest of the week. I assure you it will be informative and, above all, very entertainment.
To conclude the assembly the United States Army teamed up to present band director, Damien Graham, and the Long Beach Jordan Band with a donation of $1,500.00. What a great day!
