COMPTON, Calif. -- The highly anticipated tournament is just around the corner. This year the tournament will feature Southern University, Bethune-Cookman University, Grambling State University and UC Irvine. The three day event is jam-packed with entertainment and scheduled to take place Friday, February 25th - Sunday, February 27th.
High School Battle of the Bands
Saturday- Feb. 26th, 2011 from 9:00 - 10:15am
Come support the local schools as they showcase their skills in the High School Battle of the Bands. This year's participants are Dominguez High School, Compton High School and Jordan High School.
College Fair
Saturday - Feb. 26th, 2011 from 10:30 - 1:00pm
The fourth annual college fair will provide information on college admissions, degree programs, financial aid and scholarship opportunities.
